Roof section Properties
The Properties For: Roof section dialog opens when the Roof section Project Tree object’s pop-up menu is activated in the OpenBuildings Energy Simulator Project Tree and the Properties menu item is selected.
It contains controls used to view properties related to roof sections created with the Roof Designer tab’s Add Section tool.
| Property heading | Properties |

| Roof | Displays the name of the roof element the roof section is a child of. |
| Level | Displays the elevation of the roof the roof section is a child of. |
| Number | Displays the selected roof section’s number within the parent roof hierarchy. The number indicates the order in which the roof was created. |
| Pitch | Displays the pitch or slope of the selected roof section. |
| Close | Closes the Properties For: Roof section panel. |
